We are a real estate company funded by a Norwegian company with more than 150 years of continuous work with several other diverse companies in the metal, air conditioners and international hotels areas. We have offices in Norway, Bulgaria, Spain and China along with our office here in the Dominican Republic.

We have been established here since the year 2006 making several investments but formally established since January, 2008.

The security and constant increase in equity of a property can only be accomplished with a serious and effective management. Many years of professional experience have allowed us to improve the traditional construction system along with a better real estate management by offering a complete and new way to manage and adapt the needs of each property and owner.
